Dyna-Star Hydraulically-Driven Grease Pump

OVERVIEW

For Dispensing Grease

The Dyna-Star 5:1 is a hydraulically-powered, single piston lubricant pump, requiring no electrical power. It has a 5:1 ratio between the hydraulic and grease sections.

The pump is double-acting and will provide continuous delivery of non-pourable greases. Compact in size, the Dyna-Star 5:1 efficiently delivers these lubricants, even in cold weather and in remote dispense points.

Works off 95-5 emulsion or hydraulic oil

On longwalls, easily mounts on the stage loader for efficient greasing of the tailpiece, shearer and stage loader

In conventional mining sections, mounts on the feeder to easily access the feeder, tailpiece, shuttle cars and drives

Maximum output pressure of 7,500 psi ensures full greasing of the bearings

Able to mount to truck or scoop using PTO power supply
