Since the late 1980's, MPI has represented King Cobra Mining Equipment (Rambor) products in North and South America. Our King Cobra equipment continues to be used in some of the harshest underground environments. The products have evolved over the past three decades and are continuously improving.

Built tough for coal, stone and concrete.

FEATURES

NO-KICK-BACK, STEEL, GEARED MOTOR: The steel geared air motor is not only energy efficient, but with Rambor's precision engineering, it is also designed to extend the life of the Rib Drill.

LIGHT WEIGHT: The Rib Drill weighs only 20 lbs, leaving it light enough for a miner to operate, yet heavy enough to produce 58 ft/lbs of torque.

LOW VELOCITY EXHAUST: The air velocity is dissipated within 1 foot of the Rib Drill. This prevents dust or other exhaust discharge from affecting the drill operator. The polymer casing prevents exhaust from escaping out the sides and reduces noise.

NO EXTERNAL COMPONENTS: The water distribution is internal and delivered through the center of the shaft. This eliminates the need for external components that can be damaged and cause leaks.

CUSTOMIZED FOR EACH JOB: The Rib Drill is capable of wet and dry drilling. Adjustments can be made to suit the job at hand.
